Julian Michaels is far from the average kid... Though maybe not to far from the 'average' resident of Nowhere, having his own slew of problems to face.
They all branch from a single problem faced in his childhood... Due to the violent, and likely vague and non-existant nature of the story (Since I'm too lazy to figure it out in detail) I'll just mention the gist of it. Abuse. Lots and Lots of abuse. His mother died in childbirth, and his father took it out on him. Details will likely never be written, but I assure you they are horrible.
Because of this, his mind shattered into different distinct personalities all meant to shield him from possible memories of his past. His Personality Fragments, or Alters are as follows:
So as you can see, thats a lot of people in one head. Each personality sees themselves as I've drawn them above, not as the person who's body they're in... Which causes some awkward situations. They also can interact with the other alters they're aware of, but usually not on an outward level. It happens more in the corners of his mind.
In the end though, they serve a purpose: to keep Julian from finding what it is they've buried into his mind.

Due to the violent, and likely vague and non-existant nature of the story (Since I'm too lazy to figure it out in detail) I'll just mention the gist of it. Abuse. Lots and Lots of abuse. Because of this, his mind shattered into different distinct personalities all meant to shield him from possible memories of his past. His Personality Fragments, or Alters are as follows:
- His Protector personality, Alexis. One of his two female personalities, she shows herself when he finds himself in a situation where he needs to be on guard. She takes care of that for him. Unlike most personalities, Alexis is aware of all the alters and Julian.
- The faded dark haired girl is a retired personality who evolved into Sylvia, who will be explained later.
- Next is Brian, his stress-release personality. If small and unspecific stress begins to pile up, Julian will dissociate into Brian; a soccer playing brit. This is also his only left-handed personality. He will go around doing simple fun things (usually soccer-playing) and will ignore all work. He is aware of Julian, Alexis, and Marco, but not of Sylvia and Scorpio.
- The faded blonde is a former personality who evolved into Alexis, and is currently unimportant, much like the faded dark haired girl.
- After that is Marco, Julians sensual personality. Marco's purpose is to speak for Julian when there's a girl involved. He is no-bars sex-always. He's pretty much a womanizer and just likes sex. He can be suave, but he also tends to be crass. He does score more than you think though. Unfortunately for Julian, he pretty much takes all the sex time. Fortunately for Julian, a lot of girls approve of his... 'methods' in the sheets. He is aware of Julian, Alexis, Sylvia and Scorpio, but not Brian.
- The second girl is Sylvia, his sadness/fear personality. This personality is the only one that can really be considered dangerous. To him and to others. She is cruel, short-tempered, and tends to go into fits and rages at the smallest things. She is suicidal, and also would be a good candidate for murder if you piss her off enough. Luckily, Julian is rather in control of changing into her. She is aware of only him and Alexis.
- The last personality is Scorpio, a druggie, a flamer, and an artist. When Julian lacks the ability to express something, Scorpio takes over. He is horrendously unorthodox, but can get anything out in words or art that he needs to express. He also has a boyfriend, who Julian is completely unaware of. Scorpio knows of Julian, Alexis, and Brian, who he's somewhat attracted to.
