Jason cuoldnt help it. He walked just a little faster to Cooking that day. Not for the burritos either. He knew that he wouldn't mess things up today, because Moosh was going to help him. He couldnt help but smile as he put on his apron - which was a confusing event, considering he hated the damned thing.

Moosh rushed into the classroom so fast his crutch slipped, and he fell flat on his face onto the floor.
Great. Class hasn't even started and he's making a fool of himself.

Jason looked over at the crash, and as other people snickered, he raced to help Moosh up.
"Graceful." He commented with a smile as he basically picked Moosh up, and grabbing the crutch along the way.

"Thanks." Marshall muttered as Jason pulled him to his feet.
The red on his face wasn't from falling...
"Ready for more mexican?"

"As ready as I'll ever be." Jason laughed as he picked up Mooshs backpack and books and carried it to his station.
"So," He started, looking at the already prepared ingredients, "How do we do this?"

"Step one. Tortilla. Soft." Marshall listed off, as if he'd memorized the cookbook... Which he had.
"Place it on the prep tray."

Jason did as he was told, and then got the meat ready. He felt like one heck of an idiot. "I know the steps... It's the folding that gets me. It all ends up falling out." He blushed, very uncharacteristically.

Marshall blushed at Jason's blush. How cute!
Or corny and pathetic.
"Yeah... Okay, then put the stuff on."

Jason did so, probably adding too much of each thing, but all in all, he didn't do a bad job. "Sorry. I'm sort of embarrassed about the fact that i can't fold a damn tortilla shell. I take Honors and AP classes, and i can't pass cooking class? Doesn't look too good."

"Well first of all, you want it all in a horizontal line down the center, not spread out all over the place." Marshall suggested.

Jason nodded, using his hands to push it all together. When he noticed Moosh's expression, he shrugged. "Not great in presentation, but it'll taste the same."

Marshall shook off his disapproval of Jason's methods.
"Now start to roll it, but when you get about a third of the way in, stop, and tuck in the two sides before rolling again."

Jason followed what Moosh said, but when he took his hands away from what seemed perfect, it still came undone. Jason growled.

"Unroll it, take some of the filler off. There's too much." Marshall instructed.

jason scooped some of the shit inside out, and tried folding it again. It worked, but barely.
"Good enough. It's staying together, which is perfectly fine with me." He laughed, running his hand through his hair.
"Thanks."
